How to Create your Own Mastermind Group
As the year winds down, I want to hit pause and acknowledge how much my mastermind group has helped me. Over a year ago, a few of my spiritual sisters and I started a small private mastermind group, where we encouraged each other to put spiritual interest first and provide support and encouragement through each other's businesses. We have now created a social media platform called Thirtyone30. What I found most interesting about my mastermind group is the way I feel after our meetings. As someone who recharges by being alone, most social groups leave my feeling tired or drained. This is the complete opposite feeling I get from my group. It has been pivotal to the growth of my brand!

Members challenge each other through a combination of brainstorming sessions, education, accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. Each person gets to share and then receive honest feedback from the members of the group. The ultimate goal of a mastermind is to provide you with a boost of energy, new perspectives, and accountability that helps you take your business to the next level.
